The breakfast options were impressive, the room was exceptionally clean with a great view, and the staff were extremely friendly. The location was fantastic and in a great spot.

During my Easter stay at this hotel, I really appreciated the friendly staff and the delicious food. the hotel's prime location right on a main road made it incredibly easy to get around and explore the surrounding area. I also loved the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel lobby, which made me feel right at home.

The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak and it was difficult to use the shower without getting water all over the bathroom floor. the view from my room wasn't the best, as it overlooked an old building that was a bit too close for comfort.

We had a fantastic stay at Brand Al Qassim! The location was perfect, with everything we needed nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful and made sure all our requests were met. The breakfast served in our room was delicious and a great way to start the day. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. we highly recommend Brand Al Qassim for a wonderful stay in Buraidah.

We did experience some difficulty with the bathroom water pressure and there was no shampoo provided, only shower gel. But these were minor inconveniences compared to all the positives of our stay.

Absolutely nothing

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the staff are absolutely amazing - they go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. The service is top-notch, just like you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Secondly, the hotel itself is very new and clean, which is always a plus. Lastly, the location is fantastic with easy access to all of the city.

There was just one minor issue during my stay, but it didn't really bother me. Other than that, everything was perfect.
